🛍️ Order Confirmation & Processing

1. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order on our website, please allow up to 2 business days for confirmation.
All orders are verified through our Shopify order management system to ensure accuracy, availability, and smooth processing.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been verified.
If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at lashkaara.co@gmail.com.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing takes 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.
During this period, your items are carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

After processing, your order will be shipped via our trusted courier partners.
Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days, depending on your location, order size, and courier availability.

You will receive a tracking ID once your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, logistics issues, or public holidays.


💰 Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made at checkout using available payment methods.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Lashkaara is not responsible for delays or issues caused by payment gateways.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Lashkaara, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
However, as a small and ethical brand, we do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
We accept returns or exchanges only under specific conditions.

1. Manufacturing or Product Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours at lashkaara.co@gmail.com.

Include:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos/videos of the defect

  3. Short description of the issue

After verification, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, labels & accessories intact

Items showing wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not qualify.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers must bear the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.

4. Refund Method

  • No cash refunds

  • After approval, store credit of equal value will be issued

  • Replacement products will be shipped after verification


🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

1. Defective or Damaged Product Exchange

Report defects within 12 hours of delivery with clear media proof.

2. New Order Requirement

Customers must place a new order for the exchange process.
Store credit issued can be applied.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  3. Ship Your Product
    Use a trackable courier — customer pays shipping

  4. Inspection & Store Credit
    After inspection (2-3 business days), store credit will be issued or exchanges processed

  • Customers pay return/exchange shipping charges

  • Items must be in unused/original condition

  • Store credits are valid for a limited time

  • No cash refunds or bank transfers

  • Reshipping fees may apply for refused / undelivered shipments
